Terms and Conditions

IN CONSIDERATION OF:

The matter described within the clients vehicle request and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the client and the importer (individually the “party” and collectively the “parties” to this agreement) agree as follows:

Service Agreement/ Policy

This service Agreement, customer, hereafter- you or your, understands and agrees without any modifications to this agreement that they are hiring Lux First Choice Cars Ltd, Hereafter, Lux first choice cars import/export, a licensed business (TIN#116353584) to Auction/import the card holder/client automobile. Lux first choice cars will work diligently to provide unique service but is not liable for storage fees encountered due to lack of payment on time or the availability of a transporter due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or such as mechanical failure, previous delays from other customers, not being able to pay your boat fees in time and incur storage at either boat ports. I authorize and agree the above amount to be paid to Lux first choice cars to the credit card provided over the phone, by wire , by bank deposit, or via internet transactions as a deposit for their services

Please be advised the service fee is not in accordance to transport nor storage or boat fees at port thereafter this deposit is solely for:

Service provided

The client hereby agrees to engage the importer to provide the client with the following services:

·   Consultation

·   Vehicle research

·   Vehicle online bidding

·   Auction documentation preparation

·   Power of attorney prep and delivery

Search for: (car/van, jeep/truck/trailer/golf cart/boat/heavy machinery/jet ski/Parts) of choice in as is condition. Importer is not liable for any extra defects that may adhere to vehicle auctioned or bought.

At customer expense/discretion of insuring vehicle drivability & condition. we can recommend you to two reliable forms of safety if need be. These companies are solely self-operators for what they do to physically inspect the vehicle of choice (Advantage equipment inspections) and for vehicle reports (Epic-vin) both entities charge an additional fee:

Wire transfers/ must be completed three business days prior to Auction (bank transfer fees very) or client risk the chance of storage fees and funds not being reflected in record time to pay standing auction invoice. Carrier will not be dispatched until vehicle has been paid in full & ready.

Once a carrier is assigned to your vehicle(s), you will be given the estimated dates of pickup (and delivery when possible). Any dates given are the carrier’s projections only and are given solely to assist you and the carrier in the general arrangement of your schedules; dates given are not guaranteed, as certain conditions can alter a carrier’s schedule (i.e. weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etc.)

As such, you agree to hold LUX first choice cars Ltd harmless for any expenses incurred as the result of any delays, including, but not limited to, any car rental fees or living accommodation expenses you incur.
